Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using The Fantasy Sniper (the "Service"), operated by EmergeStack Development Company ("we," "us"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher, to use the Service. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with the laws of your state, province, and country.

3. What the Service is, and is not

The Service provides analysis, projections, news, lineup optimization, and AI-generated commentary related to daily fantasy sports. All output is informational and for entertainment purposes only.

• We do not accept, place, or broker real-money wagers
• We do not hold, transfer, or disburse user funds
• We do not operate contests or award prizes
• Paper betting, leaderboards, and profit-and-loss figures shown in the Service are simulated and do not represent real money

Any real-money activity you undertake happens on third-party platforms subject to their own terms, and is entirely your responsibility.

4. No guarantees, no financial or betting advice

Sports outcomes are inherently unpredictable. We make no guarantee of accuracy, profitability, or results. Nothing in the Service constitutes financial, investment, legal, or professional betting advice. Projections and recommendations, including those generated by our AI analyst, may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and any losses you incur.

5. AI-generated content

Lauren, our AI analyst, produces automatically generated commentary. AI systems can make mistakes, including stating incorrect facts or statistics with apparent confidence. Verify anything material before acting on it. Do not share passwords, financial account details, or sensitive personal information in chat.

6. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current. Notify us promptly of unauthorized use.

7. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis until cancelled. Prices are shown at the point of purchase. You may cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds for partial periods. We may change pricing with advance notice.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the Service
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense our analysis or output
• Reverse engineer or attempt to derive our models or source code
• Interfere with, overload, or disrupt the Service or its security
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any third-party platform's terms
• Share your account credentials with others

9. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, branding, characters, and generated analysis, is owned by EmergeStack Development Company and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use. All team names, league marks, and player names are the property of their respective owners; we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any professional sports league or DFS operator.

10. Third-party platforms

The Service may reference or integrate with third-party platforms. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability, terms, or practices.

11. Responsible play

Fantasy sports and sports betting can be addictive. Play only with money you can afford to lose. If gambling is affecting your life, help is available through the National Problem Gambling Helpline at 1-800-522-4700, available 24/7 and confidential.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

13. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EMERGESTACK DEVELOPMENT COMPANY WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GAMBLING LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EmergeStack Development Company and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected in the effective date above, and continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
