The Fantasy Sniper ("we," "us," or "our") is operated by EmergeStack Development Company. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and what control you have over it.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you join our waitlist, we collect your email address. If you later create an account, we may collect a username, your contest preferences, and the lineups you build.
Information collected automatically. When you use the service we may collect your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring page, and the date and time of your visit. We use this for security, troubleshooting, and understanding how the product is used.
Information from connected platforms. If you choose to connect a daily fantasy sports account (such as DraftKings, FanDuel, PrizePicks, Underdog, or Dabble), we receive only the information that platform shares with us based on the permissions you grant. We do not receive your password for those platforms.
How we use your information
- To operate, maintain, and improve the service
- To notify you about launch, product updates, and features
- To generate the analysis, alerts, and recommendations that make up the product
- To detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents
- To comply with legal obligations
AI processing
Lauren, our AI analyst, is powered by third-party large language model providers. When you send Lauren a message, the message content and relevant context about your slate are transmitted to that provider in order to generate a response. Do not share sensitive personal information, financial account details, or passwords in chat. We do not knowingly use your chat content to train third-party models.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these situations:
- Service providers who help us operate the product (hosting, database, analytics, email delivery, AI model providers, and voice synthesis), under contracts limiting their use of the data
- Legal reasons, when required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or property of our users or the public
- Business transfers, if the company is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets
Cookies and analytics
We use essential cookies to operate the site and privacy-friendly analytics to understand aggregate usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling them may affect functionality.
Data retention
We keep waitlist emails until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Account data is retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal and operational needs.
Security
We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit, access controls, and database-level security rules that prevent public access to user records. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your rights and choices
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Virginia, and other states with privacy laws may have additional rights, including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. Children's privacy
The service is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
International users
We operate in the United States. If you access the service from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you directly.
